Terms And Conditions

By renting this short-term rental from Carytown Vacation Flats, you are agreeing to pay the fee for the room as well as all associated taxes.  You also agree to follow all the Flat Rules as listed below.   You also agree to follow all check-in and checkout out times and procedures as listed below.

Flat Rules:

  1. No parties

  2. No guests other than those who are on the reservation.

  3. No pets of any kind

  4. No more than one vehicle in the parking lot per apartment

  5. Do not steal any items from the Flat

  6. If you break something, in most cases, it is no problem at all. Just tell us.

Failure to comply with the Flat Rules is subject for immediate eviction.

Check In/Check Out Times and Procedure:

  • Check In is at 3 p.m. on the date of the start of your reservation.

  • Check Out is at 11 a.m. on the final date of your reservation.

  • For Check In, keys will be in a lockbox.  You will receive an email of Check-In instructions not later than 48 hours leading up to your reservation. This will include the lockbox code, parking instructions, etc.

  • For Check Out, you will need to place the keys back in the lockbox and follow the procedure for checkout as listed in the Check In email, including doing dishes and removing trash from the apartment.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Full Refund on any cancellations made 48 hours prior to the start of your reservation.

  • 50% refund on any cancellations made 24 hours prior to the start of your reservation.

  • Day of check-in cancellations, no refund.

Carytown Vacation Flats is a cooperative made up of 6 privately operated vacation rentals.  We are zoned to operate as a Tourist Home through Special Use Permit, and Certificate of Occupancies.  Numbers available upon request.
